I want to welcome you to my unique medical practice. As a Board Certified Family Physician, I have combined my specialty training in general medicine to include sports medicine and cosmetic enhancement procedures to help you become a healthier better you.

As an Osteopathic Physician, I practice a "whole person" approach to medicine. Instead of treating specific systems or illnesses, I regard your body as an integrated whole and focus on preventive health care. I will work with you to remedy your medical problems and aesthetic concerns to maintain your overall health.

My staff and I are committed to giving you the care, compassion, and results you desire to look and feel your best. We want you to feel comfortable to speak openly and freely so we can address your medical concerns and have you looking and feeling great.

Jon M. Scott, D.O.

A native of San Jose, Dr. Jon M. Scott received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Pomona, California and then performed a rotating internship at Phoenix General Hospital in Arizona.

Dr. Scott's osteopathic training included an emphasis on the musculoskeletal system which is the body's interconnected system of nerves, muscles and bones. He then returned to California to complete his family practice residency at San Jose Medical Center, an affiliation of Stanford University Medical School. Dr. Scott then established his private practice in Santa Clara.
